Coaching the Church

In every major sport, the necessity of coaching is undisputed. Great coaches can turn around struggling programs, and bad coaching can keep great talent from ever developing.

The concept of coaching a church is as old as the relationship between Paul and Timothy. There has always been the Biblical example of those in the local fellowship of believers being mentored (coached) by someone. A church with many gifts and talents can be a powerul force, but only when they know how to work together as the Body of Christ.

Church Coaching utilizes the objectivity of the Coach, the passion of the Pastor, and the gifts of the congregation.
